If I connect the TP-link router (after installing dd-wrt) to the ATT box via the yellow cable, the wireless does not work. It's unlikely (though I wouldn't past Comcast - they are known for being unreliable) that your internet is cutting out every hour. I ironically found the issue to be related to DNSMasq as once I disabled a few things via shell there were no more unreplied messages. If I connect the Belkin router to the ATT box via the yellow cable, then connect the a computer to the router via the grey ethernet cable, the internet works on that computer. If I connect the Belkin router to the ATT box via the yellow cable, the wireless works. iptables -t nat -I PREROUTING -i br0 -s 192.168.1.100 -p udp -dport 53 -j DNAT -to 9.9.9.9 did the job back in the days. I can access the settings page at 92.168.1.1, and in my computer's network settings, it says I am connected to the internet and have an ip address. The installation seemed to go fine, but the internet doesn't work. 3)i have dnscrypt-proxy running as a service, however it seems like. 2) how would i config a dd-wrt router to use the service.
